Dear Acer

I would like to suggest a product upgrade that your fans would like. You gave me an Acer Acquire EX264037ZT from a registered charity for my son. It had 4 GB of RAM and an old fashioned hard drive which is now in my other son’s PC. I upgraded to an SSD with my Christmas money one year, and had 8gb of RAM from an old laptop that is RIP.

When I had Covid 19 the laptop was handy for me locked away in the bedroom, but my youngest would not touch it afterwards, so it became my back up laptop when my son had my old i5 PC, which is most of the time these days. So a fair swap in some ways!

Because of my work as a UN Diplomat I am subject to being hacked a lot, and could either use the power brick port or internet cable, but not both at the same time. Perhaps you could either produce laptops with two of these ports or a 2 into 1 gadget, which would be cheaper. At the moment it can take up to four hours to do a 10 minute email so every little helps in this time of plague and war!

PS I have long Covid and brain fog, and have just tested positive again, so believe me over Boris Johnson every time.

but not only the touch screen but all components need to be upgraded in Acer chromebook spin 15 (CP315-1H) and such a suggestion to the manufacturer itself anyway I would do it if there was a scratch in the touch screen on the computer

I hope you are aware that this community support board does not have any actual Acer employees involved in the forums. The closest we have is the moderators, and they tend to stick with just the forum related issues. You really need to pass your suggestions on to the Acer marketing team, so maybe feedback on their websites? The CP315-1H model was designed in 2018 and shipped in 2019. The design was aimed at a specific target customer base and your suggestions sound like they are for a different audience.
