USB Microphone not working with Acer Nitro 5 Laptop

Hi

I recently bought Acer Nitro 5 (i7 processor) laptop. The issue that I am facing is that when I am trying to plugin USB microphone, it is sounding distorted. 

The Microhone works though both USB and Type C port but the issue remains the same. 

The microphone is detected properly but it is sounding distorted. I even contacted technical service centre and they did a lot of checks but they were not able to find a solution. 

The same microphone (Audio Technica 2100x) is working perfectly in ASUS laptop, Dell Laptop and Acer Spin 3 model.

@vsood004 try to update the chipset driver, audio driver from Acer support page.
