Hello!

My new XV272U KV has arrived today and I was planning to update the firmware to enable the 'Max Brightness' feature. The issue is is that the monitor is not detected by the update software.
The monitor is connected to my laptop via HDMI cable and also the USB cable which came with the monitor.
What I tried so far:
Using another laptop.
Installing monitor drives from the monitor's page.
Enabling/Disabling 'Quick Start Mode' in the OSD settings.
Restarting both PC and the monitor (unplugging, letting it sit for a moment).

At this point I am running out of ideas. I really like it, but the brightness is way too low to comfortably work during the day. What are my options? I'm located in Estonia if that helps somehow.

    Hello,
I run into the same problem and for me fix was chaning the USB in PC from 3.0 to 2.0 port. It worked with Enabled 'Quick Start Mode' in the OSD settings.
It didn't see the monitor after first try with new USB port so give it few tries
