Recently, My Acer Swift 3x got spill by soup. Although after that it's still working fine and no software damage detected. Should it need be send to a technician for checkup? If yes, since  this pc still on warranty. Can I ask Customer Center to check the PC?

That will be a tough call. The warranty is different for each different country, so I can't guess what is covered and what is not. Typically a spill is considered 'owner abuse' rather than 'factory defect', so not covered. I'd go ahead an contact Acer support to ask them if they do a service like that, and expect that they will charge for it. If anything got inside from the spill it could cause gradual corrosion that wouldn't present as a failure for some time. Cleaning it out (especially since soup is usually salty, and salt is quite corrosive) is a good idea. You might also check for a local technician that can do it, and see what their prices are like.
