Can anyone help me to resolve the issue of my touchscreen for my Acer Spin 3?

I updated from windows 10 to 11 and after a few days, the touchscreen suddenly stopped working. I contacted a Microsoft agent but she did not solve the issue successfully. I do not have the driver/s (maybe some drivers are already missing. Please respond on how to fix it? Thank you so much and advance happy new year to all.

First question, which Spin 3 do you have? It should be something like SP3xx-xxx-xxxx and the model number should be on the same sticker than holds the SN and SNID. Depending on which Spin model you have the touchscreen might be using different hardware and I don't want to point you in the wrong direction...
