New Headset microphone not working on Predator Helios 300

Hi! So, I recently got a Razer Blackshark V2 X for christmas. I have a single jack in my pc, so when I connect it I select Headset. Now, I've been looking at solutions as to why my mic might not be working since it works on my phone. It's a 3.5mm. I go into Sounds and Recording, both the headphones and microphone show up as disconnected even though the headphones are working just fine. Instead, it shows Realtek (R) Audio as connected. And I do not have the Realtek HD Audio Manager in this laptop. I've already uninstalled audio drivers and restarted the pc. Can someone please help me? I asked for this headset literally only for the microphone quality.

Realtek HD audio manager doesn't exist anymore.

All audio config is done via Realtek Audio Console app.

Re-install your Acer Realtek driver using the installer (setup.exe), then run Microsoft Store to pull the Realtek Audio Console.

Select headset when plug in, lightly tap your headset mic, the signal meter should jump.
