Computer fans are running, but the computer is constantly turning on and off, and nothing appears on the screen. What is the reason for this?
Predator text or nothing appears on the computer screen. I want to enter the bios screen, but cannot enter there. Because there is nothing on the screen. Mouse and keyboard do not work.
methods I tried for solution
-I removed all rams and started, no screen appears. But the computer does not turn off, it works constantly, but there is no screenshot.

What is the solution and cause of this problem?

    Hi @ alvise

    1. Power OFF the unit.
    2. Unplug all the cables.
    3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
    4. Turn ON the unit and check.

I don't think the problem is with the monitor. The computer's lights and fans work, after a minute the fan and lights go out, then it starts working again, this continues in a loop. Mouse and keyboard are not getting power.

What is important to know is when did this start? Is it a completely new system, did you do some component upgrades, did you upgrade from Win 10 to Win 11?

What you described sounds like it might have something to do with power supply. Check that all the cabling from the PSU to motherboard and GPU (what is it?) are connected correctly.

Does it make any beeps during the cycle? Typically if POST fails before it fires up the GPU it gives some beep codes to help determine where the failure happened. If we knew which model you had it would be easier to look up what might be happening. Your model number should be something like PO9xx-xxx-xxxx.

The day I opened the issue, the problem occurred. Sometimes the video card could not detect the HDMI cable, I updated the driver and that problem was solved.I did not upgrade to Windows 10. There was only an update such as windows 20H2, I did it, it said restart, but it did not open again.I'm guessing the cables are connected correctly. I don't know if the wires are in the right place, but no one has ever unplugged them.

There is no beep sound. At each new cycle, the lights and fans turn off, then on again and then off again.P09-900_E series desktop compute.Other than that, I have no information.

So it sounds then like it is failing before POST can get started on the first memory test. Try removing all memory and booting it to verify you get the constant beeeeeep that no or bad memory gives. I'm guess it won't happen and that you will stay in the cycle you are seeing now.

I removed all the RAM cards but didn't hear any beeps or no errors appear.Yes, I'm still exactly in the same place.

What is the cause of this problem?

I know this is a bit far fetched, but...

Remove your storage devices (SSD and HDD). Does the PC start booting and then give you an error "no boot device found" and waits for instructions? If it does this, at least now you should be able to go to BIOS and take a look around.

If the boot process stops with the error message mentioned above and you have another PC at hand, you could try few things. Either create portable Windows on a USB stick (somethig like this https://uk.pcmag.com/operating-systems/88253/how-to-run-windows-10-from-a-usb-drive) or create a Windows Installation Media USB stick and see if it can repair your Windows installation (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/repair-windows-10-install-using-media-creation/2fe1f4b4-eea2-4ae4-a70e-4a40e412ecb4).

    Try another GPU. Any GPU.

If all fails, you may have to reinstall Win from the scratch. :( If you have another PC and/or external M.2 or HDD enclosure at hand, you can save most of your files (docs, music, game saves, videos etc.) before reinstalling Windows.

I removed all HDD and SSD disks, but again, the computer does not display on the screen, turns on and off as before.

I can't access the USB stick, unfortunately, I can't access anything. The computer keeps turning itself on and off.
I can't try another GPU as I don't have it.
I'm trying to understand where the problem is.
When I remove the GPU card, the computer does not turn on and off by itself. But there is a problem that the computer does not have a built-in video card. This makes it difficult for me to debug.

This is starting to sound very bad. When you eyeball the motherboard really hard, do you see anything that looks like it is burned or corroded? Unplug power cables that go to the motherboard and possibly GPU, do the connectors look good? No melted cables or connectors? Any burning smells?

Three things come to my mind.
    1. Somehow BIOS got corrupted.
    2. The PSU or motherboard is having some issues or,
    3. GPU or CPU are dead.
I might be wrong, but I believe your PC uses normal ATX PSU. Do you have a friend that might let you borrow theirs? Same goes with GPU as well. If needed try to find the cheapest PCIE card like nVidia 710 GT.

Umm.. since you have 9000 series PC, does it have watercooler? If so, even a little leak in the wrong place could easily kill your PC.

EDIT/ADDITION: You can try this and see if the PSU at least turns on. https://www.wikihow.com/Check-a-Power-Supply Then there are dedicated ATX Power Supply testers as well, but they cost some money. Amazon has many of them.

I don't smell any burning smell and I looked everywhere and there is no burnt cable. The fans are working and the leds are turning on. I tested the 5V output of the PSU and it gives correct energy. I couldn't reach the other voltage outputs very much, but I think they work. Do you think there is a possibility that there is a problem with the PSU?
I don't have friends to borrow mine, but I'll find a way.

I don't have any GPU. Debugging for this is getting pretty hard.

    The cooler has a Radiator.

It's hard to tell what is wrong. It could be PSU or something else. Would you be so kind and list all the components you have? You know, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage drives. Maybe even remove the side panel and take a few pics from different angles and post them here. Someone might spot something that can help. Thanks!

So, the PC worked until it didn't. Well, at least that is something. When did you buy it? Did you buy it from a store or is it a used one?

If your desktop is under warranty don’t touch your PC and take it to Acer as it seems that your PC has a bios chip issue that Acer will replace your motherboard under warranty. If your desktop is not under warranty then your motherboard needs its bios chip replaced, as not having a pre boot predator screen and not being able to get into the BIOS seems very much a bios chip issue. Don't touch your PC or try to do anything as you could damage your desktop even more, take your PC to either Acer under warranty or an experienced technician that all the tools to fix your PC

The system isn't getting into POST, or else you would have heard the 'no memory' continuous beep. That pins it down either to the PSU or the MB (possibly the CPU on the MB, but I believe the first memory test is done before the CPU is even initialized). Which PO9 model do you have? It should be something like PO9-xxx-xxxx. Different models use different power supplies... Do you have the tools to test voltages?

There may be any possibility for this. I will send it to someone who has the material and can do trial and error. Thanks for your ideas. It didn't support the HDMI video output by itself.
The weird thing is, I rebooted after updating and this problem appeared. This problem doesn't make any sense to me.
I could not get the desired output from this computer.

hello guys I have another friend who has a Preader P9-900 orion. The problem on his computer is the same as the problem on my computer. The computer turns itself on and off without the predator icon screen appearing. We can't even log in to the bios screen.
When the computer got heavy, it asked for an update. After updating, the computer shut down and did not turn on again.
Happened to me after updating to 21H2 windows 10.

What could be the cause of this problem?
