I want to upgrade my RAM and my HDD with an SSD (if it is possible). I want to know what the limits are (for RAM: frequency and capacity ; for HDD : if I can replace it with a SSD and if I can put both)

You can have up to two 16GB DDR4 sodimm modules for a maximum of 32GB RAM. You can replace the 2.5" HDD with a 2.5" SSD up to 2TB. You can also add an m.2 NVME card also up to 2TB. The Western Digital Blue series would be perfect for your system. The 1TB variety are probably the best deals right now.

How can I add m2 if I don't have the slot
And what about the frequencies of the ram?

There should be an m.2 socket on the mainboard as shown below. Any DDR4 sodimm 2133MHz or faster should work fine.
