Hey everyone,

New aspire owner here. I received my acer aspire model A515-45-r2b5 last week from Newegg. Everything has been good however my laptop doesnt sit flat on a table. I tried different tables same issue. Is there a way to fix this? Its very irritating everytime i begin to type it feels like im hitting my laptop against the table.

thanks for the help

Check that both rubber bumpers are still on the bottom. Sometimes they're lost when the glue releases them. Easiest fix is to trim-to-fit self stick pads and bumpers from HomeDepot or Lowes

Hi thanks for the answer. Both rubbers are still in tact.

Can you post a phone photo showing how the laptop doesn't set flat on a table? If the plastic case itself is warped, then the laptop  should be immediately returned to Newegg as damaged or defective for a refund or exchanged before Newegg's return defective merchandise authorization (RMA) period expires. Usually only a  few weeks. ACER warranty repair service would take much longer.
