I have a Acer Nitro 5 Laptop, and I recently bought a 1TB SSD and I tried to clone my 250Gb SSD, after the cloning process I went to delete the data on my 250Gb SSD and it said the SSD is needed for the computer. So I didn’t delete anything and still took it out. After I took it out and turned my laptop on it popped up with a blue screen. I’ve been asking around and how to fix it and someone said I need someone to help me with the eRecovery process so is there anyone that can help me?

    Hi @RedHeadKid2,

If you can log into Windows, type “acer recovery” in the search box and click “Acer Recovery Management” to open Acer Recovery Management Win10. Still, in Windows, click “Start” > “All Apps” > “Acer” folder > “Acer Recovery Management” to access Acer eRecovery Management Windows 10 in Acer Care Center.

I want to know some ways to access the troubleshoot screen so I can factory reset my laptop. I don’t care if I can save any of my stuff.

    (1) How did you try to clone the old SSD onto the new SSD.
    (2) Is the new SSD the same form factor as the old SSD? Both 2.5" SSDs? Or both m.2 SSDs?
    (3) What is the brand/model number of both SSDs?
