Hi I recently picked up a EL242QR and i was curious about its mounting options. On acer’s website they did mention it supports 75 x 75 vesa mounting but on the monitor there seems to not be any screws or holes for the vesa mount. How does the monitor support 75 x 75 vesa mounting then?

Hi @ zephyrosVESA is the standard for TV Brackets and televisions that indicates the distance in millimetres between the 4 holes in the back of your TV. ... The distance in millimetres represents the VESA size, in other words: 75x75 VESA means a distance of 75 mm between each hole.

I believe you mean the EI242QR model, not an EL. I don't have access to the SG for those because they have never been released in the US. Normally when the VESA mounting holes are not readily seen it means they are hidden behind plastic panels. You typically remove the stock mount and any plastic around the mount, to get to the VESA screw holes. I gather it's one of the models that only have a generic user guide?
