Can i get advice on upgrading my Aspire GX-781

So i have owned this Aspire model since 2018.

Specs and system information
Windows 10
Gtx 1060 3GB
CPU: i5-7400
RAM: 8gb ( 1 slot if i remember correctly )
SSD: Micron_1100_MFTDDAV256TBN 237GB
x64

So anyways i'd like to know what parts am i able to upgrade, and also kind of confused if im going to 
upgrade RAM does it need to be a *super* specific part etc. Its also been alot of trouble that my pc has only 237GB of storage capacity.
