Hello,
I have an Aspire E5-575G. My original battery degraded to the point of lasting 10 minutes. I ordered and installed a new battery and it does the same thing. I tried to calibrate it in the acer care center but I am not given the option for some reason. How can I fix this? It's a brand new battery

    (1) With the laptop shut off, remove the charger
    (2) Insert a paperclip into the reset pinhole on the bottom for about a minute. If no pinhole, disconnect the battery from the mainboard for about a minute
    (3) Plug the charger back in. Then wait for the battery charge LED to turn from steady orange to steady blue.
    (4) Then turn the machine on after the charge LED is steady blue
    (5) After Windows boots, go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'.
    (6) Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder.
    (7) Double-click to open the html file in the browser.
    (8) Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its actual full charge capacity.
