How to fix my camera lens that is cloudy on my Aspire C27-962

I just bought it yesterday...I checked if there was a plastic on the lens, but nothing.

Model Number: D18L2, Aspire C27-962

    Take a soft and smooth dry cloth and clean the camera lens gently..   check whether there is any camera door which is blocking the lens.. 


    Try to type camera on search, click on click on camera on top check whether you are able to see yourself  on the camera..   Check the quality of it..


    Try to use camera on zoom, skype, google meet and check the camera..    If you need a camera of high quality you might have to purchase a external usb camera of high quality.. 


    If the camera is not working fine then follow the steps given below..    


    Try windows + x
    go to device manager 
    Go to camera
    expand the items below camera
    Right click on camera driver - uninstall 
    restart the computer and check

    If your device is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept. 

    If it is out of warranty, please contact local store
