backlight keyboard CB514-1HT-C6EV

Acer 514 backlight keyboard is locked in the on position and I can reduce/turn off. I hold the alt button and tap the brightness tab down, nothing happens.

    We are going to need more information as to what model you have. You are in the Chromebook section, so the model number is likely something like CB514-xxx-xxxx. It should be on that sticker than holds the SN and SNID. If not, give us just the first ten digits of the SN and we can look up the model.

    It look like there isn't a brightness control for the keyboard backlight. Only on and off.
