I suggest you to try and get the washers from the nearby local store..

If your device is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.

If it is out of warranty, please contact local store or

Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  Click on  "Repair My Acer" - Request to have your Acer product repaired.   There will be charges for repair.

Additional info to contact Acer Store:  Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.   You can buy desktop, laptop, monitor and accessories.  Alternatively,  on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store.   For the parts which are not available on Acer store, you have to contact local store.

    To make it simple,
try to get the washers from the nearby local store..

You mean the one "behind" the motherboard? The reason you have not found a video about it is because it can't be removed. Depending on the cooler you are planning on using you may not even have to remove the motherboard. Please search the forum as there are many post about cooler upgrades.

What cooler are you planning on using?

The best dry CPU cooler for your PO3-630 to fit into the space of your motherboard is the  Noctua’s NH-U9S that is 125mm high, 95mm wide and 95mm deep and comes with 6 years warranty and also comes in black. This CPU cooler includes their NF-A9 premium fan and supports automatic speed control via PWM for quietness of operation and a second, optional NF-A9 fan can be added for further improved performance in dual fan mode. This cooler with a single fan was used on a PO3-620 by a community user and fitted 100% and should fit your PO3-630 also.

I'm pretty sure no one has used that cooler on your motherboard, so no one can tell if those linked washers will work or not. Maybe they will slide in just fine, but are too short or tall and ruin the contact between the CPU and the cooler? No one knows.

I'm sorry to say this, but the easiest would be to return that cooler you bought and get Noctua instead.
