It is a very unlucky case that a power blackout happened while upgrading the ROM.

Do not know is you are a very technical people that you can use erasable ROM type of thing to burnt the new ROM.
Otherwise, changing the motherboard seemed to be a good answer, but it will be expensive, probably exceeding the depreciated value of  the Veriton X4110G.

Extract the BIOS archive to another computer. In the Appendix folder there are instruction for BIOS recovery. Follow those and it should be able to reflash it.

Hey DJPEEJAYRN don’t panic or worry as its not the end of your motherboard and system, as you can change the corrupted OEM BIOS chip on the motherboard with a NEW PRE FLASHED BIOS CHIP for your Veriton X4110G that are sold on eBay, Amazon and many specialised BIOS chip outlets on the web, see this one “BIOS Chip: Acer Veriton M410” that is only US $15.98 with free shipping but, you need an experienced tech to change this chip for you, don’t attempt and/or do this job yourself as you need specialist tools otherwise you will really damage your motherboard!!!
