Acer VG271 Unable to set 144hz refresh rate

As the title said, I can't change my refresh rate to 144hz. I've tried to change it through windows settings as well as Nvidia control panel, but I can only set it to 60hz. My monitor is Acer VG271 Pbmiipx, hardware ID ACR06E2. The interesting thins is that I can set it to 144hzonly when it's 1680x1050 resolution or less, but only in the PC section, like in the photo attached. Any ideas?

    The problem is solved. For anybody with the same issue, try reinstalling your drivers with DDU

    When you use a DP cable, does the same problem occur?
