Not a good experience - Predator Orion 5000 PO5-625s

Acer Predator Orion 5000 (PO5-625s) gaming PC (Intel Core i9 11900K, RTX 3080, 32 GB RAM, 1024 GB SSD, water cooling)

PLEASE, where is the manual?????

In less than 24 hours I've totally had enough of this computer.

Tried to add a new ssd, to the provided tray at the front, nothing, drive not showing up.

There's no manual so it was guess work when I opened up the machine to try and add an SSD to the section by the psu. I couldn't find a power lead and the cables are so tightly placed in the unit that when I did try and get to what I thought was the power cable it must have pulled out the LED power, because now they don't work. Oh and the side doesn't go back on now properly.

This is truly the worst PC I have ever had, since my first one I bought in 1995. I know my way around a PC but it helps to have a manual.

This machine is great as long as you don't actually use it as a PC, you know add components.

Yeah. I found the manual in the end but I couldn't get the psu cover out. Something is wrong and so I gave up, now my LED strips don't work (internal and front strips) I give up

How to enable intel GPU in this model? I9-11900k has integrated graphics, In bios no such option (R01-A3), device manager cant see intel gpu also.
Also in acer site for this model promoted PredatorSence program, but it is not working in this PC. Maybe is it issue with W11? When upgrading to W11, there are no programs included with device in windows store. Maybe possible lost some startup promotions? Also no PredatorSence application in drivers manual section /apps (only Sync and care apps).
So it would be nice to get answer about enabling INTEL gpu. Thanks on advance

Hi there!

Take a look at the I/O panel behind the PC. Is there an HDMI or DisplayPort connector there? If not, I doubt that the iGPU can be enabled. But if it was possible to enable iGPU, you wouldn't get signal from it. I guess iGPU should help with some encoding and decoding stuff, though.

I don't have this unit, but the pic I saw online had only USB, ethernet and audio connectors.

EDIT: Maybe Intel XTU has some option that might enable it? Not sure.

Yes, the PO5-625s design doesn't have onboard video, so no reason to allow enabling it.

with such logic, no reason for I9-11900k processor (should use (I-11900kf instead). If selling pc with such processor, it should allow to use it in full mode. So it is reason to allow such option:) Motherboard have no I/O for display, but it is possible to use usb3.2 dock for video output (hdmi/dp or etc). Also it should be possible to use it throw dedicated GPU ports (not sure about it)
It was one of reasons to buy PC with such processor and to use/test intel gpu for 1 of 4 monitors.
Also in https://store.acer.com/en-gb/predator-orion-5000-gaming-desktop-po5-625s-black -PredatorSense TM is promoting, but no such app for this product.
Also find a way how to avoid noise from auto boosting processor (as it works in more than 3.5GHz, etc 4.9 it brings big noise). In windows11 power options-processor power management- maximum processor state -settings to 99%. If there is need for boost than change back to 100 %.

My best guess is if they put an i9-11900K in instead of an i9-11900KF, it's because they couldn't get stock on the F chips. There's no gain otherwise. With the chip shortages we're seeing due to the pandemic they often have to sacrifice some profit in order to get machines to the consumers.
