gpu fluctuating between being off and idling at 300mhz in desktop predator helios 300 2060 i7 10750h

I don't see many people talking about this issue but it is occurring to me and getting seriously annoying, while I am on the desktop it keeps going back on forth at idling unnecessarily at 300 mhz desktop and being off generating unnecessary heat and sound, i tried using the nvidia gpu activity thing to see what is using it but cant find what is using it, how do make the gpu stop idling in desktop and stop the fans?

the dramatic drop in heat in the cpu is due to unplugging the laptop to see the effects of it, the heat of the gpu is 53-56 C while idling at 300mhz clock

any suggestions appreciated!  <3:3

Kraky thats normal the dgpu even on idle will get used by any processes youre using that would skip the igpu and got to the dgpu for a few seconds and back  or even nvidia telemetry nothing unusual here also you cant stop the fans the fan curve was made more aggressive by acer engineers in the 2019 and above models to not be able to completely stop the fans in order to provide better temps and the only predators that are able to still stop the fans under 40 degrees for a few seconds are (for ex my G3-572 ) and all the 2017/18 models and  also some of the first triton 500's

@Kraky try to update NVDIA gpu driver or use task manager to see any app that uses GPU(in GPU Engine tab: GPU1)
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!
