My Bluetooth function on my Aspire Z14 AIO computer suddenly disappear. When I troubleshoot, the message says "Bluetooth is not available on this device. Pls try using external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer." Any suggestions to correct this is appreciated. Thanks.

My opinion is that you'll have to do a RESET. Type "reset" in the search box. Others may say different ?

Reset is pretty severe, first try removing and reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers.

danielchee, this is a common occurrence and happens in allot of systems so do the following. Go to the Acer Drivers and Manuals and into your Z24’s model section as there is no such model as the Aspire Z14 AIO, your Wi-Fi/BT combo card should be either an Intel or a Atheros card driver (btw if you have an Atheros card, get all the latest Wi-Fi/Bluetooth driver from ATH drivers for your Atheros card) then download both the Wi-Fi/BT drivers (uninstall the Wi-Fi driver completely in Device Manager as your Bluetooth driver will not be there) and reinstall both drivers again. Reboot the Z24 AIO and then both your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth should be reinstated and functioning after the reboot, if not then press the F3 key after reboot which should reinstate both the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth functions again.
