Hi, I bought this Acer Swift 3 SF14-511/SF314-43, it has a AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700G processor and a 8GB RAM.
as I just said it
randomly turns off without warning and then immediately starts up what can I do, apparently others had the same problem due to an update but I nothing I do seems to make it go away, I'm going to change to a different laptop all together soon unless I find a way to fix it, thank you

Yours must be one of the SF314-43 models, the SF314-511 models all have Intel chipsets, as far as I can determine. Is it turning off, in that you have to go through the full boot process and login, or is it sleeping so you just need to wake it and perhaps login?

It turns off fully but the it immediately turns on on its own, I have input my pin and closes all of the programs I had open

OK, since it is closing your programs we know it is doing a full shutdown, not a hibernate or sleep. That helps to narrow things down. Go into power settings and see what is set for the timeouts and for the buttons. If there is nothing amiss there then likely the issue is hardware, and bad enough to bypass the BSOD error handling Windows does. Best if that is the case is to contact Acer support and get a ticket started, so they can get it fixed for you.
