hello everyone ..
I have acer predator Helios 300 ph315-52 i7-9750h with gtx 1660ti for more than 1 year now but recently I got very annoying problem and didn't manage to find any solution for it yet!!
my laptop temperatures for some reason is too high even in idle mode without doing anything just after I turn on my laptop and keep it opened like 5 minutes fan speed start to increase with very clear noise and temp goes to 70-88 !! I always use laptop with adapter charge connected to it .. i also get low fps in games because that problem so I tried use throttle stop but same problem !!
I recently changed the thermal paste with MX4 and cleaned the fans from dust , optimized windows but nothing seems to work !!
I will upload some pics to show the problem ..
maybe I need to replace the fans ?? or install fresh copy of windows ?? I really hope to get a solution from here

Your temps are not high they are normal for this laptop, if you want to reduce temps get a laptop tablet cooler and repaste the CPU/GPU (which could be dried out and not working) with a high grade paste like the Thermal Grizzly as all this will reduce your temps.

ahmadmedo assuming youre already out of warranty you need to open it clean the fans and exit airflow properly and as @StevenGen said above repaste it with kryonaut or similar use the spread method only a thin layer covering both diodes its enough too much paste its bad same as too less also make sure you have your windows properly optimized updates completely disabled and undervolted with TS good luck :)

ahmadmedo we already gave you our advices now you can either follow them or not thats entirely up to you if you want the best thermal paste for the best thermal results you will get kryonaut thats the best you can get also if those temps you have posted are on idle you need to get properly repasted asap and also follow what i have said in my post above good luck
