Hi people,
My laptop`s battery is not working. When I unplug, laptop shuts down.
The problem starts and grows in a week.

    Hi people,

    My laptop`s battery is not working. When I unplug, laptop shuts down immediately.

    The problem starts and grows in a week: 
       -In the first phase, when charge level hits 17% it shuts down immediately. This takes 2-3 days. When I restart, charge levels were unstable. But after charging to a higher level I could use it on-battery.
       -In the second phase, when charge level hits 30-40% it shuts down. It takes a day.
       -In the last phase, even it is fully charged, when I unplug it shuts down. It is the current situation. When it is unplugged there is no sign that it is alive. (No LED blinks when pressing power button and USB charge ports are not working)

    I tried several things after the last phase:
       -Delete drivers "Microsoft ACPI... and other one" and restart
       -Battery reset by using the pinhole at the backside of the laptop

    These did not work or I did them wrong several times.

    Is there anyone facing the same problem and/or can help?

    Hi @mysndymn,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
    Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically". 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​
