I am having this issue on both Win 10 and Win 11 OS. I think I uninstalled Care Center Service and Quick Acces Service because everytime I try to uninstall and install these two I always get this message.
Or, can you guys just tell me what is the default install location of these so I can just delete the files and or how to repair the installation, thanks.

It might help if you could reveal your full ACER model number. For example AN515-54G?

Your machine is not yet certified & tested to be compatible with Win11. The problem now is that the registry has likely been corrupted with invalid entries for the Win10 apps if you also can't find them in ControlPanel programs list. Are you at least able to boot to Windows 10 again?

I have this problem since I was using Win 10, I just tried it again now that I have Win 11. And I updated my laptop in the settings and the Pc Health Check also says that my device is compatible with win 11 and that I can donwload it now. Sorry if my english is not that good.

The AcerCareCenter download is certified for Win10, NOT Win11. The PC health check is a Microsoft application, not ACER. Your 52K model is still not on the ACER Win11 compatibility list.

How can I un-corrupt this files? What is the download location of Acer Care Center?
