How do I stop my Nitro 5 (AN515-51-50WA) from abruptly shutting down?

The situation has gotten so worse, it doesn't even stay open long enough for me to reinstall the windows or do any software update to solve it. Before, it would just randomly shut down. Now, the Acer Command Centre (with all the dialogues to shut down, hibernate, sleep, etc.,) randomly props open no matter what I'm doing and the display goes black alongwith the backlit keyboard. The laptop is charging and the LED turns blue when charged long enough. It doesn't even stay open when connected to a power supply.

I would be thankful to anyone with some insight into it.

    Hi @Batman13,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".
