Recently i was having issues with getting my laptop to update via Windows update. Now that i've managed to get my computer to update Nitrosense has broken, it won't show my temperature and i can't control the fan speed so my PC ends up thermal throttling during games.

check if there is a pin 📌hole at the bottom of the unit. Put a small pin inside and press and hold the pin for 30sec. If there is no pin hole then press the power button for 12sec. Remember to remove your charger when you do that.

Hi this didn't solve the issue. It still just looks like this. I tried reverting the update to when i knew it was working however all this did was return the automatic fan speed, the software itself is still broken. I've attached a screenshot to show what the software has looked like for the past week.
