Hi everyone, hope everyone had a great turkey day.
Aspire ATC-710-UR53
I7-6700
Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Win 10 64 bit
On board graphics Intel HD 530
Memory 16 GB
Bios R01-A0    Date 9/11/2015
Mode UEFI

I use my system for IP cams at my house and while I'm watching live video it stops and goes every second but when I watch the recorded video its fine.
I used Intel driver and support assistant to update my system and the only thing it will not update is my graphic card. It tells me it's a customized computer manufacturer driver and will not update it. 
So any idea what I can do to update my graphic card? any idea why live video stops and goes every second? This computer is only used to my cameras and there is nothing else on this computer

    Are you using a browser to watch live video or any specific programs. 


    If you are using browser and if you are using google chrome .   

    Try to do a chrome reset 
    open chrome
    click on three dots on top right corner 
    click on settings
    Scroll down - go to advanced
    click on restore setting to default
    you will see reset settings - cancel
    click on reset settings 
    Open chrome 
    it will work faster now


    If you are not using google chrome, please install and use it. 


    You can also check with your internet service provider to go for a high end speed plan for your internet to make live programs to work faster.


    Regarding the display adapter... 


    If you use a third party program to update the driver some times it will not update it properly..   If the driver is already updated it will say best driver is already in use..    It will not update a new driver.    Sometimes it might try to update the driver from the display manufacturer website instead of the acer website.     


    Now we are going to update the driver through the operating system.. 


    Try windows x 
    go to device manager 
    expand display adapter
    right click on display driver -  It will show you a menu  click uninstall   -   You can even click on update to update the driver 
    Restart the computer 


    It should work fine.. 


    If it is still not working 
    Uninstall the display adapter from device manager 
    Don’t restart the computer. 
    Go to support.acer.com 
    chose your country 
    type snid or chose your model 
    go to drivers 
    Install the display driver 


    It should work fine..

    Thank you for you fast reply, I'll go through every step you provided and get back to you.
    I am using Blue Iris program to view and record the video not any browser just Blue Iris. I just need to make sure it's not my system before going there for answers.
    I did install a second NIC to my computer to keep the cam traffic off the router. I also installed an m.2 card thanks to this forum that works great.

    I'm going to mark this as a like and it answered my question but nothing you mentioned worked anything, this is the 3rd time did everything and a few other things. I've never seen my CPU go over 30% so I really think its Blue Irus program that the problem not my system.
    Thanks for your help for pointing me in the right direction.

    Just to confirm everything it was the Blue Iris program causing the problem.
