Terrible customer service from acer
Hi there,
This is my firs time purchased acer product and i had a very BAD EXPERIENCED about your company service.
I swear I WONT ever buy any product from acer anymore.
I sent my laptop for repair in, however when i collected the laptop, i realized there are some scratches on my laptop and i asked for explaination from the counter staff. However, the staff was obviously do not want to attend my enquiry and pushing away the responsibility by saying that does not cover under the warranty.
I wonder is this the customer service that your company offering to us as a consumer, provided warranty without taking care the items.
This is really dissapointing and bad customer service.
I require a good explaination on this matter.
