A514-54-540F and Acer in general with studpid design (F keys)

I don't understand why Acer doesn't design Fn with lock fucntions such as I must press Fn + F5 to refresh instead of only pressing F5 key and many other F function keys. This design is the same to HP. For Dell laptops, they have a lock function of function keys when users want to press F1 to F12 only and they will press Fn + F1...F12 equal with their functions. How can I install a software to change it on Acer Aspire 5 ?

F2 into the BIOS menu on startup. Change FN key behavior in BIOS Main tab. Enjoy. :)
