Refurbished Acer Aspire Switch Alpha SA5-271P-52UK Will Not Charge ...

Purchased from NewEgg a Grade A refurbished ACER Aspire Switch Alpha 2-in-1 laptop computer on or about September 6, 2021. About a week ago, I noticed the battery wasn't charging. Thinking the socket where it was charging from had malfunctioned, I moved it to a different socket but with the same result.
Thinking the battery may have malfunctioned, I unplugged it and let the battery run down, and plugged it in once again.
It still would not charge. This is my 3rd ACER computer and the second one I purchased refurbished.

There was a 30-day return policy on it but because it had an "A" rating I did not bother to insure it. What should I do?

Don’t want to rub it in but, these are the risks that you take by buying a "Refurbished" laptop or anything from a retailer and I’m very surprised that newegg would allow this to happen! My advice to you is this, check the charging adaptor if its working and also that the DC-in jack plug and its connecting DC cable is not faulty and making contact with the mobo, as and if any of these components are faulty and/or not doing their functions the changing system will fail, also, charging problems are complex and need their components tested systematically by an experienced tech. Internal faulty circuitries like Mosfet, capacitors switches etc etc are probably causing this fault that need specialist tools to diagnose and fix.
