Predator sense reinstall

hi i just got back to windows 10 because windows 11 having issues right now and i think my predator sense got deleted and i tried looking to reinstall it but the acer support just keeping showing me error please help me

    Try windows + x - go to run - type appwiz.cpl  -  It will show you the list of applications 
    If you see any predator sense application please remove it 

    Kindly provide us the exact model to help you.. 

    Go to support.acer.com 
    chose your country 
    type snid or chose your model 
    chose the operating system below the drop down menu 
    Scroll down
    click on + sign next to application 
    You can download and install the predator sense application 




    Click on "Like" if you find my answer useful

    May I know the full model name of your unit.

    Some of the support sites have had some glitches recently... Just try again until they come up, then download and install from there.

    I have the same issue.  I had to reinstall windows 10 (no issues there) but now when i try and re-install Predator Sense, I get a message that says my computer is not supported.  I still have the 1.26 BIOS.

    From where did you download the perdator sense app.
