Hi,

So I've just purchased an Acer Swift 3. Something seems to be off with the sound drivers when connecting a USB headset and doing voip calls.

The sound flickers and sounds completely off when attemping a call with a connected USB headset. Tried 3 different headsets but same result.

Sound is completely fine if I call from the PC's built in speakers and microphone, so its not a network issue either.

So far I have:

- Tried installing and uninstalling the normal drivers. Did not work.
- Tried to download new drivers from acers website. Did not work - as its not possible to do so (unclear why).

How can I fix this ASAP?

Have you also tried different USB ports?

Hmm, maybe something with the app itself? Which app do you use for VoIP? Does it work in Zoom or Teams?
