    Hi @Hashira_

Since you have already tried to reinstall the drivers you can try to do a complete reset and can check with it.

But make sure you back up all the data before you go with this reset. Because you will loose all your data for sure.

Please check the below steps for the reset process.

    To reset your PC

    1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

    2. Tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Recovery.

    3. Under Remove everything and reinstall Windows, tap or click Get started.

    4. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Hope it will help you in some way.

Hashira_ i really dont recommend 11 at this point if youre still able to roll back to 10 :) also a stock recovery clean install you need to ALT+F10 on boot (assuming your acer recovery partition its still intact but even so if you have upgraded to win11 the partition might had been rewritten to the latest to not allow anyone  to downgrade to 10 anymore as MS used to do the exact same when updating win 10 to newer versions) and select delete everything but make sure to backup whatever you need first as it will completely format and install the software that was in the 1st day you have booted it good luck :)

hey @xapim and @ragsak28 I was thinking to create an image of my pc and then compress it and put it in my cloud service then when I reset my pc I would install it back on my pc and use that to re-image it
Is there any flaws in this idea?

Hashira_ as long as you have a perfect clone and a way to re-deploy it should be fine for your situation i thing the best software would be acronis true image personally i have my original stock drive in a safe place since i have cloned it in 2018 just for safe keeping in case i need to clone it again but your idea should work just fine :)
