Predator Helios 300 with rtx 2060 dropping and staying at around 24-26 FPS after around 10 minutes.

Every time I play most games like Battlefield or Far Cry 6, the games will run fine for around 10 minutes, but then will drop to 25 FPS and stay there at a constant rate. The way I can temporarily fix this issue is when I restart the game (in which it'll happen in 10 minutes again) or I turn on turbo for a second or two, and it'll run the game smoothly for around 30 seconds until it goes back to 25 FPS. A lot of the games I play should be able to run these games perfectly fine. I've even tried lowering the games to the lowest graphical settings and I still get the issue. I looked online but it doesn't seem like anyone else has this issue but me.

BaconOnes check your temps with hwinfo and msi AB you might nbe thermal throttling have u optimized your windows properly and undervolted with TS ?? if not please do so also the 16gb you have its a single sodimm or dual channel if single you need to either sell/keep that one and get 2x8gb dual channel set (i recommend hyperx of vengeance 2933/2666 check with cpuz  in case of the issue being thermal throttling and optimizing/undervolting wont work repasting with kryonaut or similar its the only solutions if youre able to without voiding your warranty im also assuming youre still on win10 and not win11 good luck :)

Increase your game settings to medium like texture quality,anti-analysing,shadow. By this cpu usage increase and you may get better fps. Try to customize settings between medium and high then find out which is better for you. ««Increase your game settings to medium like texture quality,anti-analysing,shadow.

One of the most common reasons for a slow computer are programs running in the background. Remove or disable any TSRs and startup programs that automatically start each time the computer boots. To see what programs are running in the background and how much memory and CPU they are using, open Task Manager.
