I just watched this video from Jarrod's Tech on youtube stating the lower GPU power limit issue with Helios 300 2021 models: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmRiBcszEf8
My Helios 300 is the RTX3060 model instead of the 3070 model tested in this video. So I tested mine and observed the same issue with GPU power never goes above 90w when I ran CPU (AIDA64) & GPU (FurMark) tests together (GPU power goes up to 105w only when CPU is idle, which is not the case when playing games). I don't have the latest Bios (v1.02) on mine and I am hesitated to update atm. Is this normal/intended or is it a real issue that needs be addressed in the latest or future Bios update? (v1.07 the latest Bios according to Acer https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/9009?b=1&pn=NH.QC2AA.003)

One of the most common reasons for a slow computer are programs running in the background. Remove or disable any TSRs and startup programs that automatically start each time the computer boots. To see what programs are running in the background and how much memory and CPU they are using, open Task Manager.
