Hi. I got Acer S14 touch screen 360 rotation touch screen laptop. The screen is flickering so badly and the flickering rate is increasing fast. Please suggest to me what to do. I had to check my refresh rate which is 60.5. guess. And while uninstalling all useless software. The laptop is using Windows 10 OS I didn't uninstall and reinstall the graphic driver because as I try to update it a pop-up shows that your laptop's driver is updated. Also, I unchecked the windows problem reporting type option as suggested in various windows, and still flickering. First, it starts flickering while watching an online window on tablet mode and after that, it flickers every time. I am helpless. Please identify the problem and suggest me best possible options. I love my laptop and got to no budget to visit the technician to God forbid if there is any hardware option or need to replace something.

We need to determine whether it is a hardware or software issue..   Turn off the computer.   Tap f2 while turning on the computer.   It will go to bios.   Please stay on the bios screen for 30 mins.    If the display is looking good on bios then it is a software issue.   If the display is not looking good on the bios screen then it is a hardware issue.

If it is a software issue try the following the steps..

    Try windows x
    go to device manager
    expand display adapter
right click on display driver - uninstall
    Restart the computer

    It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the display adapter from device manager
    Don’t restart the computer.
    Go to support.acer.com
    chose your country
type snid or chose your model
    go to drivers
    Install the display driver

    It should work fine..
