Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S - Games are freezing and producing a loud buzzing sound

Hello, I recently purchased the Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S off Amazon as my first gaming laptop about a 1-2 weeks ago and when I started to play certain games(Red Dead Online, Halo Infinite, Back4Blood, Sea of Thieves) the game would eventually freeze anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or two then produce a loud buzzing sound through my headphones. I couldn't do anything but force the laptop off by holding the power button. After the first few times I thought it was maybe my settings in game, but even on the lowest settings, it would still freeze and buzz. The temperatures also seemed to be fine, CPU hovered around 70-80 or lower and GPU 60-70 or lower depending on the game. I've tried reinstalling/updating drivers through GeForce Experience and Windows Update, reinstalling windows and did an "sfc /scannow" in cmd prompt. The scan found some corrupted files but after a restart it fixed those but I would still have the problem of freezing and buzzing. I was thinking some hardware might be faulty, but I have no idea on how to check that. I'm not sure what to do as this is my first gaming laptop. I also don't understand specs too well so I'm not sure what to exactly list but I'll post the amazon link that I bought it from to see if it would help. As well as a link to a video(not mine) that is similar to my problem.

Specs:

11th gen Intel i7-11800H
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
2 x 8GB Ram DDR4
512GB NVMe SAMSUNG SSD

Model: Predator PH315-54
Part Number: NHQC2AA003

This is not my video, but this is a similar sound to what I'm hearing.

    Hi @Delliedew,

    # Try to update the sound driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option sound driver.
    4. Under the title sound driver.
Realtek HD Audio Driver Manager Download For Windows 10 64-bit
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title sound driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

Delliedew have u completely removed the nvidia drivers with DDU if not please do so also you have mentioned sfc found corrupted files so at this point i would suggest you to  backup whatever you need perform a battery powerdrain followed by a bios setup defaults and ALT+F10 on boot perform a stock recovery clean install to completely rule out any software issues if the issues persist after this it would be a hardware issue you would need to contact acer support directly and send it back to get it fixed/repaired ( in this case you have got it from amazon ask them for a replacement) good luck :)

    Hi @Delliedew,

Is it happens only while gaming or randomly.
