Clarification on the new Acer XV322UX specs

 Hi I'm currently interested in buying the new Acer XV322UX that just launched but when looking at the specification sheet for the monitor it says the Display port is version 1.2 . I am seeing this on many other sites where i could find the model and all say Display port 1.2 which is imposible because Display port 1.2 cannot handle the bandwith of 240Hz at 1440p. Is this a typo or an error from the retailers that just miscomunicated with Acer on the spec sheet of the monitor ? I just want to make sure its Display port 1.4 which can deliver the performance advertised on the monitor and not Display port 1.2.

It is too new for us to have access to the more detailed specs. My guess is that it's a typo and should be the faster type, but you likely should contact Acer for the real scoop.
