How to migrate Acer with HDD to Samsung SSD 870 QVO?

The Original ACER HDD (1Tb)  DISK 0 has:  13GB recovery partition, / System reserved 100Mb NTFS (system, Active, primary partition), / Acer C: 458.95 GB NTFS (boot, swap file, crash dump, primary partition), / Data D: 459.46 GB NTFS (primary partition)

After Migration with Samsung Magician the Samsung SSD 870 QVO DISK 1 has:  I: 100Mb NTFS (Active, primary partition), / Acer J: 458.95 GB NTFS (primary partition), / Data H: 472.47 GB NTFS (primary partition)

After changing boot sequence in BIOS.
Start up with SSD boots the pc and it will give me a dark blue screen with text: building desktop
After that it hangs. I only can scroll with my mouse over the blue screens.

What have I done wrong?

Temporarily disconnect the old HDD and try to boot again from the new SSD by itself. After it boots properly from the SSD, then shut it down and reconnect the HDD.

    Hi Jack,
That's what I described. With SSD (and disconnected HDD) it boots, but when starting windows it hangs during the build of my desktop. No icons, no background picture. Only a dark blue screen.
Reconnecting HDD and boot sequence (in BIOS) to HDD again  brings the original windows start up.

What I see is that the 13 GB recovery partition is not copied to the SSD and also the C: partition on the SSD (now called I:) is not mentioned as bootable.

So this is not a bit by bit copy or clone!
I visit this "Acer" forum while my computer is an Acer Aspire and hope that there are specialists and a solution to help me. My HDD is not so healthy (says Speccy).

OK. With the HDD still disconnected, a menu should pop up when you right click the blank blue SSD desktop with a show desktop icons option.

Normally I suggest people to use Win 10 Create System Image method to do the cloning if they previously failed to clone correctly with third party cloning software.
