Usually means some sticky food crumbs have worked their way into the keyswitches under the keycovers. Use a soft bristle facial blush to gently dig under the affected key covers while blowing air to help dislodge these crumbs from the keyswitches. Be careful not to dig too forceably because the keycovers can pop off and are difficult to put back on.

Sometimes the number 3 keeps clicking. And sometimes the letter P, L, O, and I doesn't click sir. The technician wants to change it but it's very expensive

Since the P,L,O,I keys are in one area, I agree with @JackE's suggestion.

How about go to search Youtube videos for your PC and watch how other people  service the keyboard ( or take it out). Normally, removing the keyboard is not difficult, don't need a technician for that. Unless you found something burnt out from the ribbon cable that will need a replacement of course, otherwise some cleaning should solve the issue.

    Hi @PjtheGreeat,

    # Try to update the keyboard driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option keyboard driver.
    4. Under the title keyboard driver.
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title keyboard  driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.
