BIOS does not have option to select specific hard drive to boot from in Acer Enduro? How to Fix?

I bought a new Acer Enduro Urban N3, I7 11th GEN, 2.8GHz, 16G Ram, x64 processor. I was able to partition the hard drive with no problem. Now I want to install multiple windows versions on it. Trying to install cloned hard drive from older PC. Even tried to install a new fresh copy of windows on it. Problem is, I can get it to boot from USB no problem but it will not see the installed hard drive or any of the partitions on the hard drive. It is like the hard drive is hidden. Does anyone know how to unhide the hard drive so I can get the Lazersoft or windows install USB to recognize the hard drive?

What the boot menus show you are all the UEFI boot points available. Are all bootable devices you are trying UEFI with GPT drives? Do you have Secure Boot in the BIOS enabled or disabled? What drive is in the system, a SSD or a HDD? If HDD does it have an Intel Optane drive also installed? Is IRST configured for RAID?
