I have predator Helios 300 2020 model
I am faced an issue with the killer control center so I uninstalled and installed it from the acer support drivers and then I got an error showing service not available so I uninstalled again and when I tried to install it is notworking now and i am not able to even install the app.

When I install it it shows the installation was successful but I still don't have the app and a new error file creates itself in the installation folder

Try uninstalling the antivirus program temporarily and check.   Try to  check whether the killer control center is working properly.    Try to uninstall and install the killer control center.   It should work fine .   Once it is working properly then you can install the antivirus back on the computer.

    Hi @Elanchezhiyan,

Reset this PC and keep my files
    1. Shutdown the unit. Press and hold alt+F10 key. Then turn ON the unit.
    2. You will get a blue screen. Choose the option troubleshoot.

3 Ways to Reset Acer Laptop to Factory Settings without Password

    3. Select Keep my files to refresh your PC and reinstall your operating system without removing your personal files. Click Next to continue. Important If you have apps installed on your PC, they will be removed.
    4. Resetting the PC will reinstall Windows, change settings back to their factory defaults and remove all preinstalled apps and programs without removing your personal files. Click Reset to continue.
    5. You will be shown the reset progress on the screen. The screen will turn off during the reset process.
    6. The screen will turn back on when it is installing Windows. Your PC will restart several times during the reset process.
    7. Follow the process until it completes.
    8. When your PC has completed the reset process, Windows will have been reset back to its factory default settings without removing your personal files.

@Elanchezhiyan no need to reset the pc as stated above just to install some drivers just go to the killer website download the latest and install them i also recommend when removing any drivers/software to use a good removal software like your uninstaller or similar to completely remove all leftovers and reg keys that might conflict with reinstall it again good luck :)
