just bought a Nitro 5 AN517-41-R0RZ Gaming Laptop, AMD Ryzen 7 5800H (8-Core) | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

- windows is updated (win 10)
- all drivers are updated
- warzone was installed and reinstalled / scanned and repaired
- pc was rebooted and rebooted

when launching the game, it states that it's 'PLAYING NOW' but never loads the game...then the button goes back to 'PLAY NOW'

does anyone know how to fix this problem?!

thank you!

Trt ctrl + shift + esc
    Go to task manager
check whether you see any item called warzone on the list
right click on warzone – endtask.
Go to Details tab  -  If you see multiple items of Warzone -  Right click on warzone  - click on endtask  Close the taskmanager

Now try to open the application..

If it is still not working
Try windows + r  - On the run window
    Type msconfig
go to services - check hide all microsoft service  - disable and enable all.   Go to the General Tab on the top
chose normal startup if it is in selective startup – click on apply - ok
    restart the computer
    It should work now

If it is still not working

Try windows + r  - On the run window
    Type control

It will go to control panel

    Click on User accounts

    Again click on User accounts

Manage another account – Add a new user in PC settings - Click on add someone else to this PC or Click on “Make changes to my account in PC settings”

Go to Family & other users

    Go to Other users

Click on add someone else to this PC

Click on “I don’t have this person’s sign in information

Click on Add a user without a Microsoft account

Type the user name and password

Click on the user – change account type

Change the Standard user to Administrator

    Click on ok

Sign out and Sign in as new user

You can even create a Microsoft account instead of local account.

Sign out and Sign in and it should work fine

thank you for the reply! however, none of that worked. followed to the letter.

it's as if it's trying to load and something is stopping it.
i've allowed incoming/outgoing in the firewall for both battlenet and cod

the play now button says 'PLAYING NOW' and then it never loads and goes back to 'PLAY'...nothing, never loads

i've submitted a ticket w/battlenet or blizzard or whoever.
i was hoping someone here w/the same setup may know the answer.

thx tho! so far no go :(
