I have tried to fix this for years now and it says this now. Does anyone know what to do? I tried the alt f10 but it still says a file is missing or contains errors.

You will have to do a clean install of Win-10 Home Stabdard that this One Cloudbook 14 came with, that is the simplest way to reinstate its OS don't do a Recovery as these errors that you are getting is because your previous OS has errors in it and can't be Recovered. The One Cloudbook 14 Windows version is the Windows 10 Home 32bit (standard Windows version, free upgrade to Windows 11 Home) so, get an 8GB USB and download the boot file from Microsoft and install it that way and try that as it will work and you will be able to reinstate this Aspire One Cloudbook 14 to how it was.

If it is still not working then ..

Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.   scroll down -  click on eRecovery media on the bottom of page.   Enter the snid no - you can place the order for recovery media.   It might be a set of disks or recovery usb flash drive.    Alternatively,  on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store.    You can also order it from Acer store.

Recovery media is a unique media which is designed only for your computer.    It cannot be used on any other computer.    It comes with drivers and applications which is designed for your computer.

If you contact Acer you can get the recovery media which is designed for your computer or else you can download windows 10 from another working computer using a 8 gb blank usb flash drive.

It will download the windows media creation tool  - click on media creation file on the lower left corner.
Insert a blank 8 gb flash drive
it will download and install the windows 10 on the blank flash drive..

Now insert the flash drive on the broken computer
Boot it using flash drive.. ( go to bios - go to main - change f12 boot - enabled by pressing enter on disabled.  Go to  boot options on the top - chose boot mode - uefi - secure boot - enabled - saved the changes )

Tap f12 while turning on the computer - chose usb hdd - flash drive
    click on install
    chose custom
on where do you want to install windows screen - remove all the partitions
It will become like one single unallocated space
There is no need to format it..
