n4630g maximum CPU

I'm wondering if the i7-4790 would work in this unit. That CPU has a TDP of 84W verses the 35W TDP of the stock CPU. It does have double the cores and higher base Clock.

If not, is there a way to keep it from throttling down to less than 1Ghz? Like it goes down to 749Mhz.
The performance is okay until it throttles down to under a Ghz then it significantly lags.
The system doesn't spend a lot of time at high utilization but, when it does, it is processing a 200Mb Database.
Or it is scanning for changes in a folder that contains a few thousand file. When a change is detected, it updates the DB.
The CPU temps are not high. Running 5 straight hours and it's at 60C max, according to....

    With that high of a TDP you are going to have to revamp the cooling considerably. They designed for the T series CPUs at 35W, 84W is over double the heat dissipation needed.
