    (1) In Control Panel Programs app, uninstall Chrome and any non-M icrosoft virus scanners that may be running in the background.
    (2) Then shut the machine down normally.
    (3) Turn machine back on and immediately press the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu
    (4) Press F9 to load BIOS defaults. Then press F10 to save BIOS defaults and exit the BIOS menu
    (5) Windows should then boot normallly
    (6) Does Edge work OK now without Chrome or virus scanners being installed?

Sorry but you should not be trying to run Chrome and Edge at the same time. Chrome browser is notorious for too much RAM usage & CPU usage. You probably should have at least 12GB RAM installed if you try to run both browsers.

    Hi @Chandashoka123,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.

What happened if I set default bios settings? If I do that my data or any other may loss or not? Can you tell me what happened because this is my main laptop I use for my studies . So this is very important I don't have any other laptops. So I protect this and love it.

You're data on the storage drive should not be affected.

No. Try to reset defaults again again. Are you still trying to run Chrome? Don't install Chrome!!! Uninstall Chrome.
