SP513-53N: Acer stylus and touch not working NXH62SA001xxxxxxxxxxxx

My NXH62SA001xxxxxxxxxxxxx acer spin 5 stylus is not working at all it used to like about 12 months ago but it stopped i changed the tip and the battery but it doesnt seem like its on or working every time i try the pen overheats and also my touch screen ist working it used to but the screen got cracked by one of my friends and it kept glitching and like doing random things when the screen wasnt being touched so, i turned it off on device manager and now i turned it back on but now its still not working :(

    First and with the battery, do a “Battery reset at the pinhole” that simulates removing and reinstalling the battery by inserting a paperclip into the No2 hole like shown in the diagram below and press for four seconds.


    If your screen bezel is broken then you will have to get that replaced for your touch screen to work properly, as it could also be an “LCD and G-sensor board cable” or other sensors and cables that are damaged also that can stop the touch screen and may need replacing. Power on problems are also very complex and could be either your “DC input cable” is faulty that does not allow your tablet to charge or the adaptor is faulty and even your battery is faulty which need to be checked by an experienced technician that has all the tools as your Spin SP513-53N is a complex laptop that needs pulling apart and fixing.

    oh ty caze last time i had it to get fixed of the problem that u said wont let it charge

    hi i red it and it makes sense i mean last time i had to get it repaired because it wasnt charging but is there any way i can do it like myself my parents are very mad because ive broken it once and they wont pay for repairs
