Do the same shadows show up when you HDMI out to a TV screen?

I also have an A515-46-R14K, but not having the same issue.
We want to know if the shadows are constantly occurring, or is it just the issue of this monitor.

When bootup, while still in black screen, hold down the Fn key and keep tapping F2 key ( or just tap the F2 key), this will bring you to the BIOS screen. See if the shadows are there. To exit BIOS, hit F10 (Save and Exit).

To check if it is the same with another monitor:

Go get an HDMI cable( normally less than USD $5, sometimes Dollar Tree or 99 store have it for USD $1) to connect from the left side HDMI port to the HDMI port of another monitor ( or TV). Boot normally and see if the shadows are still there with this second monitor ( or TV).

Let us know what you see.

On the left side of your laptop, there is a connector for a cable, usually about 6 feet long, that you can buy at HomeDepot, Lowes, Target or Walmart for about $10-15. This HDMI (high definition media interface) cable allows you to plug a TV set into the laptop and see the same screen on the TV that you see on the laptop by pressing the FN+F5 keys. If the shadows don't appear on the TV screen, then you probably only need to replace the laptop video cable for about $20 which usually happens from the wear and tear of opening and closing the screen lid too much.

Since this is a new model laptop, it must be still under warranty . Contact Acer for warranty repair. If returnable, contact the seller for return.

NO! You cannot plug the HDMI output cable into a laptop  HDMI output port. You must connect the HDMI output cable to a TV set HDMI input port.

OK. That means your mainbord video chip is OK. So the problem is either with the ACER screen or video cable that connects it to the mainboard. Is the laptop still under warranty?

OK. Any further suggestions to fix this would likely involve steps that might jeopardize the warranty. So I suggest that you immediately try to return it to the vendor as defective for a refund or exchange before the vendor's return merchandise authorization period expires. You should do this as soon as you can because ACER warranty service will take longer and involving shipping.

    Tinkerer

    ACER NITRO AN515-57.

I ALSO HAVE A SHADOW LIKE THAT IN THE SCREEN BUT IT IS SMALL AT FIRST.  THAT IS THE ONE BOTHERING ME.
AND NOW, I HAVE MORE BIGGER PROBLEM.THE PROBLEM IS I BOUGHT IT 4 MONTHS AGO AND THE CHANGING SYSTEM IS ONLY 1 WEEK HERE IN PHILIPPINES.
THE MORE I USED IT THE MORE LINE VISIBLE.

WHAT SHOULD I DO.. THE WARRANTY DOESNT COVER THIS KIND OF PROBLEM.

This kind of issue should be covered by warranty. Have you tried contact Acer or you are just guessing?
