Hi,

I have a 5 year old laptop E5-573 which was working ok till yesterday but since past two days it is showing winload.exe BSOD error on boots. Auto repair failed. Recovery environment was also not coming up.

So I made a fresh bootable installation USB and tried to access the recovery environment by repair mode. But from there as well my system failed to repair. Here I must tell you everything was slow as hell in loading. Now I'm unable to access recovery environment from USB drive as well despite waiting for 3-4 hours, just nothing happening, stuck at blank blue screen. Now I'm trying to re-install windows 10 thru this USB and its is already 4 hours and it is stuck at "setup is starting".

What should I do now? Second light of my laptop has also turned red, it was blue till yesterday. What does this mean?

Kindly help me guys I have very important data on this system.

Thanks and regards

    Hi @MrVeritas,

Reset this PC and keep my files
    1. Shutdown the unit. Press and hold alt+F10 key. Then turn ON the unit.
    2. You will get a blue screen. Choose the option troubleshoot.

    5. You will be shown the reset progress on the screen. The screen will turn off during the reset process.
    6. The screen will turn back on when it is installing Windows. Your PC will restart several times during the reset process.
    7. Follow the process until it completes.
